Performance Technology Plan for University of Virginia Faculty

I worked with a team of graduate students to conduct a performance analysis and create a performance improvement plan to help UVa faculty members thrive as they transition to offering of an online master’s program.

This document demonstrates my ability to plan at the mega, macro and micro level and to address gaps in performance. The graphic I created on the left represents a sample of the implementation of this plan, which will include a brown bag lunch series that offers training and advice on a number of topics related to online instruction.
