PlayStation Photoshop Training Program

This instructional design project consists of a Photoshop training program for new instructional design employees at Sony PlayStation. This training aims to help employees learn new skills quickly, efficiently and with confidence.

After completing all the steps of the ID process, from needs assessment to learner analysis, I created a program where learners utilize pre-existing videos, like YouTube tutorials, and engage in an interactive learning activity to scaffolded their learning.
